GrüloFood Flex
Light weight and permanently antistatic PU-spiral hose with stainless steel wire. The GrüloFood Flex is highly flexible, resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, non toxic and food proved according to FDA and EU-regulations. It is especially suitable for suction of air, dust and fibres in food and pharmaceutical industries.
GrüloLine Aqua
GrüloLine Aqua corresponds in full circumference to the requirements of the potable water order. Applicable in water utility companies, beverage counters, fair arrangements, folk festivals and other open-air events. Resistant to pressure, abrasion and UV. Neutral to taste and odour.
ALIKLER G2
Suction and discharge of liquid foodstuffs such as wine, beer, milk, oil, fats, cider, fruit juice, and alcohol up to 96 %. For unloading bays, processing and filling plants and liquid foodstuff tankers. Additional air line on road tankers carrying bulk powdered products (not compressor line) at temperature up to 120 °C. Improved flexibility, very easy to handle. A smooth, seamless, white, multipurpose food grade tube that does not propagate bacterial growth. Resistant to most cleaning processes used in the food industry, either with chemicals (max. + 90 °C) or steam (max. +130 °C). Contains no phthalate.
PU Potable Water
Layflat potable water hose approved to BS and NSF. The circular woven polyester yarn reinforcement is totally embedded in the PU compound, therefore it is excellent protected against mechanical damage and microbiological attack. Furthermore PU Potable Water is lightweight and easy to handle compared to PE or steel pipes. Applications: municipal water supply, military and marine, foodstuff industry, potable water transper, bypass for temporary pipeline, repair or disaster response. Excellent resistance to abrasion, weathering, UV and ozone, easy cleaning and disinfection, no drying required.
Granulat FDA
Granulate delivery hose with bright and highly abrasion resistant tube. Suitable for dry foodstuffs and PVC granulates. Abrasion and weather resistant cover.
Vacupress® SE
Two-ply PVC hose with embedded galvanized steel spiral and a polyester yarn reinforcement. The Vacupress® SE has excellent flexibility and is suitable for the use of food liquids.
Vacupress® Food
Multilayer thermoplastic rubber hose with embedded galvanised steel spiral and polyester yarn reinforcement. Vacupress® Food is particularly suitable for suction and delivery of milk. The white, smooth lining meets the highest hygiene standards in food industry.
GrüloFood SD10 FDA
High flexibility suction and discharge hose for fat free food products, juices and milk products even at higher temperatures. EPDM tube FDA compliant. Sterelizing temperature max.+110 °C.
Granulat FDA SP
Abrasion-resistant suction and pressure hose for the transport of granules in the food industry such as sugar, flour and milk powder. The GRANULAT FDA SP has a high tensile synthetic textile, steel wire helix and an antistatic copper litz wire.
Aquapal®
Aquapal® is ideal for use in all areas of the food and beverage industry. The lining is absolutely odourless and tasteless. The NBR cover can be driven over (except for the version with integrated steel wire spiral), is abrasion-resistant, UV and ozone resistant and resistant to grease, oil and common cleaning agents and disinfectants. Aquapal® is compliant with KTW, DVGW and FDA.
